So, is Firefox really Faster? Think again!

,
So, after talking to some friends they said that firefox was still significantly faster and that Google Chrome would never be as fast in any areas. Well i can gladly show you that
Google Chrome is infact much faster. Sadly when i tryied Internet explorer, it didn't even manage to finish the 1st test
resulting in my computer to crash, so no results there. so the results, just click on the below links to view the full report.

so you can clearly see a 2324.8 speed difference, right? so guys, i believe that googles claim to have made Google Chrome Faster has lived up to their expectations. Good job guys!

10 Reasons to join Google Chrome

,
So for those IE Lovers or Firefox users here are 10 reasons why you should swap over! Google Chorome is just so simple and neat, unlike Internet Explorer and Firefox which have millions of tool bars which can literally take over your screen. This is new slim clean and very simple, maybe even too simple. so no worries. you wont have many problems with toolbars for at least a year. All i hope is that google make it a bit more sophisticated.

How to remove ads from Google Chrome

,
For those Firefox users who cant get used to using Google Chrome heres a little thing you can use to replace your loved ABP. 1st you need to download and install the instaliation file from http://www.privoxy.org/

Took about 2 minutes to configure.

1.) Install Privoxy
2) Click on the Wrench icon in Chrome in the upper right corner
3.) Choose options>Under The Hood>Change proxy settings
4.) A windows box pops up, choose LAN settings (at least this is what it's called in Vista)
5.) Check off "Proxy settings" and in the address setting add 127.0.0.1 and in the port 8118
6.) If you have the option, you can also check off "Bypass proxy for local settings" 7.) Click "Ok", close chrome and restart it.
Tada. Enjoy.

Google Chrome Finally Released

,
Finally, after a long time google finally releases their first ever web browser. Their browser is as all the images show, very simple. But it's very effective, pages which normally take a a few seconds like Gmail take half the time in Google Chrome. They decided to make it "like a tool to run the important stuff - the pages, sites and applications that make up the web. Like the classic Google homepage, Google Chrome is clean and fast. It gets out of your way and gets you where you want to go." And to be honest it does it very well. The options only have three tabs, they are Basics, Minor Tweeks and Under the Hood. Minor tweeks explains why there is so little to edit, its all minor. All the big importantmodifications have already been made and perfected, and they make life so much simpler by allowing you to import your old browsers favourites. Something that i was not aware of was googles idea of a "incogniot window" which lets you brows with out leaving any traces such as history or cookies. when you open it it brings you to a page which says "Pages that you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close the incognito window. Any files that you download or bookmarks that you create will be preserved" i think what they ment to say was that "Pages that you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like porn, on your computer." yes thank you google for taking a second and thinking that 1% of all websites are porn based. we really needed a system to watch porn while our wives and families thought we were banking. good job google and thanks again! But getting back on topic google is an amazing web browser. It's safer, faster and better, but after reading some websites, Firefox says they are soon going to releas a new website which lives up to its saying, "Safe, Faster and better". But as always every thing has it's drawbacks, for one it doesn't have a RSS reader, two its new so there arent programs like ABP which every one loves and you have to tick all the potions of showing your favourtes bar and homepage button. But really, good job google and thanks for the jokes.
